Georgia and Ziggy
In this episode we talk to Georgia about her beautiful girl Ziggy
After unexpectedly losing her first border collie, and recognising a sadness in her husbands border collie who had lost her mate, Georgia went on the search for a pup.
After much research, and much thought into how adding a puppy to the mix would work for their lifestyle (Georgia working full time and her husband working away through the week), she decided to dive in feet first, and go and meet the last little border collie female of a litter just across the Victorian border.
From their first meeting, Georgia fell in love with Ziggy's sweet and gentle nature, with Ziggy choosing Georgia to be her human.
From the early days of high energy, funny antics and beautiful early morning cups of tea together, Georgia shares the incredible journey her and Zig have taken together to date.
Ziggy helped Georgia through the hardest time in her life. Providing the constant, gentle support that was needed, when it felt like everyone else had moved on. She has helped Georgia heal in a way she once thought impossible, and has been the most incredible big sister as Georgia and her husband have grown their family.
Georgia and Ziggy's story is an incredible reminder of how the beauty in the most simple moments can help us heal through the darkest days.
This is georgia and Ziggy's story!
